Please upload a picture at LEAST 800px x 800px and either cropped to be a square OR keep in mind that we will crop it before adding it to the website, so be sure we won't have to crop out anything important (like your dog!) to keep your face in the picture. If you do not have a headshot currently, Mike is working to organize some new ones be taken!
