We use your provided contact information to process your order as well as follow-up with you regarding the status of the purchase in case of weather, cancellations, start time delays, waitlist status and any other communications related to your purchase. We use Authorize.net to prcess class payments. This ensures that transactions are secure to protected. We DO NOT save credit card related information when you pay for seminars & classes from our website. The only information that can be saved is contact related information and any other profile related details about your dog(s) or whatever you add to your profile if you choose to set one up.
There are no refunds for classes after the first day of the class session. If you cancel 72 hours before your class is scheduled to start you will receive 100% refund. Refunds of less than 72 hours notice will be based on if your space can be filled from the wait list.
Making a purchase implies that On the Run! Canine Center Inc. is authorized to collect your personal information for the means of processing your purchase. If you prefer to not use our webiste for a registration, please contact us for alternative options.
