*NOTE: This workshop is a continuation of the ”Gettig to Know Nosework” workshop that was in December. Attendance of the prior workshop is required to register or by instructor approval.
This workshop will continue working with boxes, fazing out the source box and adding the small tin for the source. Searches will be done in common patterns, similar to what you would see in container searches for trials situations. In addition, we will introduce "Interior" searches.
During the workshop, one dogs searches at a time. Therefore all dogs need to be crated (or crated in your car). Cover your crate if it helps your dog settle more easily while waiting.
What to bring:
*A crate for your dog (or crate them in your car)
*Yummy smelly treats
*6 ft leash
*Small empty clean and dry Altoid tin (or similar), with 3 wholes drilled through the top. Place a small magnet inside strong enough so the tin can adhere to metal.
Instructor: Diane Clyne Cerfified Nose Work Instructor with NACSW
PREREQUISITE: Attendance of prior workshop as noted above. Dogs must be 4 month old or older and have completed at minimum, a Puppy Kindergarten or higher class with in the last 2 years.
Refunds for cancellations will only be given if working spot can be filled off wait list.
