Deborah Yost

I have grown up loving animals, their companionship, compassion and willingness to be a partner and teammate in life and in training. Through this love, I was encouraged by a breeder years ago to try agility and after one class was hooked.

I have had multiple partners throughout my agility journey, each with their own unique training challenges, joys and highs. I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to represent the United States on multiple international agility teams and run in the finals at national and regional agility events in a variety of organizations, including winning and standing on numerous podiums.

I have been teaching agility since 2009, and I like to focus my instruction around identifying and capitalizing on the strengths of each handler and their dog. My passion is to help each team acquire the skills they need to achieve their individual goals and become the best they can be.
